Two systems.
One joined-up job.

A connection is useful when it gets the right information to the right place. We start with the business task, then check how the systems let us do it.

For businesses moving information between tools through an authorised, supported connection.

Check what the providers allow.

We review the relevant API, account plan, permissions and rate limits. The quote names the systems and operations in scope. A logo in a software list does not establish that every account or feature can be connected.

Decide which record leads.

Customer, product and order records need a source of truth. We agree the field mapping, matching rules and how edits or conflicts are handled before moving data.

Make retries safe.

A connection can time out after an action has succeeded. We agree how to identify repeated requests, verify uncertain results and surface errors without creating duplicate work.

Document the ongoing dependencies.

The handover explains the accounts, credentials, provider costs and operational checks. API changes and provider outages need an owner and a stated support arrangement.

A few things to sort out.

Can you connect Xero, Microsoft 365 or our CRM?

We assess the exact account and supported API for the job. Access, provider terms and the operations required determine whether and how it can be done.

Will the connection keep working if the provider changes its API?

Continuing maintenance and provider changes are agreed separately. The handover names the dependencies and who is responsible for them.

that slows you down.

A task, a spreadsheet or an idea you want to work through. Describe it first and we can agree what to look at next.
