What are you
typing in twice?

Show me the bit you keep copying, chasing or rebuilding by hand. We can look at which steps should connect and which decisions should stay with a person.

For repeatable admin with identifiable inputs, decisions and a useful destination.

Follow the information.

We list where a request begins, what gets copied and which system needs the result. The important questions are what changes, who is responsible and how you know the job has finished.

Keep approval where it belongs.

A prepared quotation, invoice or message can wait for a person to review it. We agree the actions the software may take, those that need approval and what gets recorded afterwards.

Handle the failure path.

We decide what happens when a service is down, a record is missing or the same request arrives twice. The job should show a clear status and give someone a way to recover, rather than disappearing into a background process.

Measure the actual result.

Before launch, we agree what a completed task looks like and check it against the original process. Ongoing monitoring, provider charges and changes to the workflow have their own scope.

A few things to sort out.

Does automation have to involve AI?

No. A well-defined rule or API connection may be enough. AI is considered when it suits the task and its output can be checked appropriately.

Can I review something before it is sent?

Yes. An approval step can be part of the agreed workflow. We define who can approve, what happens next and what is recorded.

Show me the bit
that slows you down.

A task, a spreadsheet or an idea you want to work through. Describe it first and we can agree what to look at next.
