The agreed project
The proposal sets out the tasks, prototype and build stages, payment, responsibilities, test cases and exclusions. Any paid discovery or additional work is agreed before it starts.
Ownership and licences
Project code and materials transfer on full payment unless agreed otherwise in writing. Flying Penguin’s existing proprietary tools and third-party software retain their own ownership and licences. Repository access, data exports and handover arrangements are specified for the job.
Continuing services
Hosting, API usage, licences, support and later changes can have separate costs and terms. The project agreement states what is included and who is responsible after launch.
The example on this site
The workflow is an interactive explanation using sample details. It does not provide a live quotation, booking or customer service. The public examples illustrate particular work, not a guarantee of the same result for every project.
