From “could it do this?”
to something you can try.

We start with the work you need to get done and make the first useful version clear.

  1. Show me the current process.

A task, the tools you use and the points where things get stuck. Redacted examples help. We check whether an existing tool or a focused custom build is a sensible starting point.

  2. Agree the discovery and prototype.

We define what needs investigating and what the prototype will demonstrate. Any paid discovery or prototype work is agreed before it starts. Sample data keeps the first review focused on the journey.

  3. Try the important decisions.

Who can see a record? Who approves it? What happens if a connection fails? The prototype and scope should make the main states understandable, not just show an attractive opening screen.

  4. Put the build in writing.

Screens, roles, integrations, imports, test cases and exclusions are listed in the proposal. We agree the payment stages, ownership, third-party costs and who provides content or access.

  5. Build, check and hand over.

Work is reviewed in agreed stages. We test the named journeys and edge cases, plan the launch and record the handover. Ongoing hosting, support and changes have stated responsibilities and costs.

Show me the bit
that slows you down.

A task, a spreadsheet or an idea you want to work through. Describe it first and we can agree what to look at next.
